Actually her first mistake was using USAA bank. I use a local Credit Union and any problems get fixed very quickly. These online institutions don’t have to worry about customers camping in the lobby.

I'm sorry, but that was a very poorly worded response. USAA bank is one of the best financial institutions in the US, if not the world.

You should have said an online bank and it may have made sense, but it looked as if you were rubbishing USAA... That is not right.
