I’ve heard of this alkalized water before. In fact there was a store next to one of my favorite Chinese restaurants that sold all kinds of products that were supposed to “raise your body pH level” under the theory that a higher pH would kill off cancer cells or something like that.
I don’t know if it is true or not, but I suspect that drinking alkalized water isn’t going to do much of anything at all except maybe make you sick in the stomach... or liver.

Oh dear, I’ve got several bottles of that water. I’ve never had a problem with it. Now I have to decide if I want to toss them out or finish them.
Oh please, there’s nothing wrong with REAL water...I drink half a gallon every day (sometimes more) and have all my life.

I don’t go to finish reading most articles. Important information like how much of the water they drank should be at the start.
Too much of anything isn’t usually good. How many people got sick or even died from drinking several 5 Hours or Red Bulls.
There was the guy that only drank sweet tea and it killed him by destroying his kidneys.
I drink a lot of bottled water (our tap water is horrible). But I know I need to drink other things at least part of the day. Currently gathering switchel and other recipes to replace Powerade when it gets hot.
