OK I’ll have to do some research on this, kid.

I’ve heard of this alkalized water before. In fact there was a store next to one of my favorite Chinese restaurants that sold all kinds of products that were supposed to “raise your body pH level” under the theory that a higher pH would kill off cancer cells or something like that.

I don’t know if it is true or not, but I suspect that drinking alkalized water isn’t going to do much of anything at all except maybe make you sick in the stomach... or liver.

The body has mechanisms that attempt a blood pH of 7.45-7.55.
It’s marketing BS.

Alkaline means ph greater than 7.0’. If this is accurate better I’ll Alkaseltzer off the market.

New Mexico well water is so alkaline you cannot drink it( except in NE NM). It falls out of the faucet in chunks.
