A Thailand university said it has trained dogs to sniff out coronavirus with a high success rate, in a pilot that researchers hope would become an alternative method to effectively detect patients and those that are asymptomatic.

They are likely more successful than current tests. But dogs can evidently get covid too. Heard of a dog supposedly dying of covid recently
When we were on a Carnival cruise last year at February end, covid was barely in the news. But after getting off the ship, I had this strange dry cough but I just ignored it. It went away after 12-15 days on it’s own. Looking back, I have to believe it was covid infection which my body fought off. Because I can’t ever recall a frequent dry cough before.
I know. We all got that thing in our house, very strange.
I’ve heard that 1/3 of a dog’s brain is wired to it’s nose.
I believe it.
