Members of The Kingdom’s Choir — who performed at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding — are speaking up in defense of Prince Charles as the royal family faces allegations of racism stemming from the Sussexes’ Sunday night pow-wow with Oprah Winfrey.
Ms. Karen Gibson, founder and conductor of The Kingdom’s Choir, told TMZ Thursday that it was Prince Charles who invited the African-American group to bless the congregation during Harry and Meg’s nuptials, an invitation she believed to be sincere. She also claims Charles has gone “out of his way” to congratulate them on their success since the event.

If they were telling the truth about the conversation, assumes that were telling the truth about it not being Liz or Phil.
FWIW, I’m thinking 50/50 that the conversation ever happened.
But if it did, my suspect would be Phil. The House of Windsor has had its bigots over the years, but I think Phil, due to his age, is the only one who might actually say something racist.
I couldn’t care less. I am sick unto death of all these cries of “racism!”, “racism!”, everywhere and over every little thing.
I’d bet there’s more malice in Meghan’s heart than in Phil’s.

Someone may want to tell the hack that wrote this piece that the “African-American” group is made up of singers from in and around London. Meaning London, England— not London, Ohio, so it is doubtful that they are Americans. But, then again, “African-English” sounds even more patronizing.
Funny how a ‘true’ African-American never seems to be asking the govt for anything..

I saw the defense of Prince Charles as a sincere testimony to the treatment they received.

This article is about a public-facing side of Chas. I think in private though, he’s old-school. I think it was him in what he thought was a private, family conversation.
And while we are talking about him, I don’t think he is Harry’s father. And everyone in the family knows. I think Harry is only linked to that family through his half-brother being in the family. It would explain his brother’s father not being fatherly in recent years.
I assume you are referring to Queen Elizabeth II & Prince Phillip (her husband)?
I think Harry is retaliating for the treatment of his mother, and that both are liars trying to stir the pot.

I’m with you on that and I could not care less about the latest blow by blow on Harry and Meghan. I am so sick of hearing their names at this point.

And I don't care who his father any more than I care who your father is. It could account for some of what is going on though.
And I don't think the family has ever commented on it. How do you know that they know and that they don't care?
