Yes, this is a vanity, because in these times we all need a break, and thats why I come here sometimes. So...who do you choose?
But sometimes you see your best shows in a small venue.
The Beatles- 1963
The Who - 1968-71
Pink Floyd - 1971
Elton John - 1970-73
The Guess Who - 1971-73
Jethro Tull - 1970-73
Rolling Stones - 1969-70
Alice Cooper - 1971-72
The Newsboys - 1996-97
If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend the film “Beware of Mr. Baker”.
It’s a miracle he even made it to 80.
Not from me.
Saw Springsteen in 1984 at the Carrier Dome. He extended his Born in the USA tour and his last stop was 2 night in Syracuse. Best concert I ever saw and it lasted about 4 hours. He definitely gave the crowd their moneys worth.
Never cared much for the GD regardless of their politics.
Saw them as the 2nd act for the Rolling Stones Some Girls tour in 81.
Greg Kin band opened, then J. Giels Band, then the Stones
Skynard
Like this, where I saw The Police, Joe Jackson and others. I think the place had 20 tables. https://www.setlist.fm/venue/hullabaloo-rensselaer-ny-usa-5bd75bd4.html PBS did a special: https://www.wmht.org/blogs/the-scene/the-hullabaloo-in-rensselaer-had-a-resident-leopard/
Led Zeppelin.
Hawkwwind
I saw it. He was awesome! What a showman.
Jackie Wilson and Buddy Holly for me.
I would have loved to see those early Police shows before they broke.
Saw her when she was still with Ike. Groundbreaking excellence! Audience was swooning for her. Ike was mad.
I would have liked to see the Trick of a Tail tour with Bill Bruford on drums with Collins. Just to hear that version of “Cinema Show” that was on Seconds Out.

That’s a great choice.....the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival.
What a line up!
Oh yeah!
Space Ritual!
At the time I really didn't understand the significance of The Police. I had just been going to the locale because they had great bands. I did go there specifically to see Joe Jackson, little table up front 5 feet from his keyboard.
The Moving Sidewalks.
