The sisters who taught me for 12 years were extremely dedicated and Godly. They taught me a lot about my Faith and a lot about how to be a good American. And I got an excellent academic background.
It’s not the norm for any but happens in all religions. I remember the Baptist youth training union director chasing me around the room when I was about 16. He didn’t catch me and I didn’t say anything.
Youth religious groups are prime hunting ground for predators because a lot of youth in those groups can be a little naive and over-protected. I was but I learned fast.

My negative experience was PROTESTANT. I went to bed praying last night because I seemed to have begun yet another anti-Catholic slide. It was not my intention.
Remember all, they want us divided. What we all share is that we invite Jesus as Lord and Savior. He changes us.
We can't change those who sinned against us. But WE are the church. WE make the difference. Church is not the building and it's not the Sunday morning service. It is also not those in leadership tho they are a part of the church IF they are in Christ.
Church is US. And it happens every hour of every day as we walk in the 2 commandments Jesus left us. 1) Love God. 2) Love people.
We gotta stick together and overcome the stigmas left by sinful people. I love you all, Catholic, Baptist, Lutheran, Nazarene, Episcopalian, Methodist, Church O' Christ, Pentecostal, AG, Word O' Faith, non-denominational and Independent. And I especially love those who haven't found Jesus yet because I lived nearly half my life in that state.
I'm sorry for starting this. I felt God had something for me to share regarding God waking up His people, as individuals to pray, and to pray in His anointed leadership for our nation. I used too many wrong words and did not get His message across.
