To find who failed her son she should look at herself. She has three kids (probably three different baby daddies - for those of you in Rio Linda that means fathers) and three jobs. Where is the family life? Where is the father? We here at FR know the answer but they just can’t see it.

There are many details missing from the story - chief among which is any mention of what kind of problems the student might have been causing in class to lead his teachers to just pass him on as a way to get rid of him.
