A high school math teacher in Alabama who allegedly had sex with one of her students has been released from custody after turning herself in to cops.
Ashton Alana McCluskey, 27, was arrested by the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday and released on a $50,000 bond, WAFF reported.
McClusky has been charged with two felony counts of Sexual Conduct With a Student under the age of 17 and has been ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victim.

That's rather presumptuous of you... Or does the article anywhere state that the student was male?
Regards,
Guilty/not guilty?
I’m going with a hung jury...
Kind of a rough looking age 27, but good enough for a high school boy, assuming it was a boy. Jury out on this one.
Guilty.
Funny (/s) how this and other kinds of stuff happens whenever the Democrats are in office. They lie in wait for something to do they think is revolutionary, but trying to resurrect the Clinton and Obama eras is not going to change diddly squat. Another hallmark activity of Democrat-era culture is the non-phenomenon of mass shootings...in Gun-Free zones. What a wonderful way to say “Build Back Better”. These are the folks who enable the worst in America and it’s past the time to make that understood by every American.
Not bad looking, my home room teachers back in the late 50’s, always had a jar of Poly Grip on their desk and wore fashionable netting on their hair.
Didn’t mention if there were any children in the marriage. I hope not. Hubby’s gonna have a difficult time showing his face outside of the home. He’ll probably develop an affinity for alcohol and Russian Roulette. Poor guy.
Blech! She resembles Amy Schumer.
I think in many cases these women have mental issues, but are not necessarily mentally ill. In many cases, they may be trying to recapture or relive their lost youth. Also, some women NEED to be told on a regular basis that they are beautiful or sexy. If they are not hearing it from their SO, then they may fall for someone who is feeding them that line.
As I have said before, I don’t put these women in the same category as men who go after underage girls. Why? Simply because the boys they fool around with do it eagerly and look at them as trophies. [Some have suggested that underage girls have the same attitude, but I don’t buy that]
I am not implying these women are victims. They are all adults and should know better. But I do think the penalties for them hould be less severe than for a man.
Blech! She resembles Amy Schumer.
I look at it from the point of a Dad. If I had an underage daughter and a grown man had sex with her (whether voluntary on her part or not)....I’d probably be considering significant revenge on the guy. If I had an underage son....while I wouldn’t high-five the kid, I wouldn’t be contemplating physical damage to the cradle-robbing female. I know that’s the wrong attitude in both cases but I’m a guy. Of course, I’d do the right and legal thing in both cases, plus I’d completely support the desires of my wife because she’s smarter than I am.
What losers.
Her because she may have wrecked her marriage. At least she’ll never be able to teach again.
The kid because he couldn’t go out with girls his own age. It also says something about how he was raised (trash).
The adult in charge of professionally applying their education should have self-control whether they are male or female and get punished the same when they break the law.
“Danger Zone”
Younger males are just horney while younger females might be looking for scholastic favors.
Younger females have hormones too and are plenty horny.
Guilty! Lock her up and put a bag over her head!
Not Guilty!
Bullshit. Do the crime, do the time. The vagina defense is not a valid argument for unequal application if law.
