Well it was the reason why apple moved from Intel to their own chips, to crash the used Mac market, they did that to motorolla as well and made all of that stuff worthless and they are doing the same to Intel Macs

Yes I know some people collect this stuff.

That is why I just buy Lenovos or whatever, I know that they they are outdated and worthless three months later, but I didn’t pay a premium for any of it

Oh I hope at least something goes down. A year ago or so I could buy a 27” all in one well equipped and pretty new for less than $600. Not any more. Prices went stupid.

Resale values of used, late-model MacBooks, Mac Minis and even higher end Macs have dropped in anticipation of the soon to be announced Apple M1X higher end Macs this Spring. This is a consequence of the completely revolutionary Apple Silicon in the new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro low end model, and Mac Mini which are outperforming almost every laptop and even many desktop and many workstation class computers in many functions at lower energy uses, and much quieter than their competition, even their older Apple models they replace with Intel processors. . . At a lower price tag!.—PING!

Same thing probably happened to old Motorola G-processor Macs when Apple went to Intel-based CPUs.

Been using the same 13-inch, Mid 2012 MacBook Pro since buying it new. Upgraded to 16GB Ram and a 1TB SSD HD and it is more than sufficient for my needs. Might upgrade it if OS upgrades are compelling enough.
