The Supreme NOTHINGNESS of the Supreme Court
BEJ

Posted on 02/25/2021 9:32:38 AM PST by BEJ

The Supreme Court deemed not to preside over the biggest case of fraud in human history. The Judges gaze into their navels and then into their textbooks and then into each other's eyes and the shaky hand of justice shakes and quakes and... does nothing. Which is a HUGE something! But wait. There are the cocktail parties where they will be rubbing shoulders with all of the greatest liars and cheats, fraud and criminals known to American history -- they will cavort and exchange stories, laugh and tickle each other between drinks. But "Mama" Cony Hatchet Barrette and Mr. Beer Guzzling K. will excuse themselves because work needs to be done the next day or Anifa and BLM will riot. And there are never 20,000 troops in the capital to protect decent law biding citizens from the white supremacists, come to think of it. Yup, the SUPREME COURT will keep American civilization in tack, and John Roberts the frequent flyer of the pedophilia express to Fantasy Island -- de plane, de plane -- will regale and enthrall cocktailers with stories of bang bang Maxwell's silver hammer. A fun time is had by all.

BUT NOTHING IS DONE and the whole ball of slime keeps rolling down hill, picking up speed and growing larger. There should be some push back. Maybe comic books about the Supreme Court? Maybe CPAC can issue a statement? The biggest fraud in American history has been committed and there is no push back. The Supreme Court has given us NOTHING and we give NOTHING in return. That is not right and there should be some pushback or even threats. The Democrats threaten all the time and we do NOTHING -- how about we at least threaten back with impeachment. Do something in stead of the voicing the silence of NOTHING.

The Supreme Court is only interested in making sure government has no control over people’s sex organs.

Americans hypnotized by chicken chalk line of our media, don’t understand, that it’s not about us, freedom protesters in Hong Kong & in Japan understand, it’s all about greedy oligarch billionaires shutting down the last resistors.

The SCOTUS claims, with some justification, that it is up to States how they conduct their election. IF a state wants fraudulent elections, that’s their own business and it is up to the voters remove the malefactors in the next election.
But they refuse to acknowledge that the impact of vote fraud on other states is a valid concern

The answer to the Supreme Court’s reluctance to take on the 2020 Election fraud was intimidation. The Dems threatened to stack the Supreme Court with more positions. This would destroy the system that had worked since 1869 when nine positions had been instituted.

The Supreme NOTHINGNESS of the Supreme Court

I hate to have to say this again but we are witness to the final gasp of the Great American Experiment.

Worst yet is we are, as said in the article, we are doing nothing.

Clarence Thomas is the only Justice with the GRAVITAS to sit on the Supreme Court of the greatest country on God’s green Earth.

The rest are little Lilliputians that should resolve disputes between neighbors on whose dog went on whose lawn.

I suspect Kavanaugh is hiding something from his wild days and that Barrett was never very conservative to begin with - any time your former law clerks say how great she was and that they voted for Hillary Clinton it is quite the tell! The disdain of this duo and Roberts for the American people and our Republic is palpable. Barbara Lagoa of the Florida Supreme Court would have been a far better choice.

Your argument is ridiculous. The states do not have the constitutional right to conduct corrupt elections. The constitution does give protection against that. The constitution also specifically gave the USSC the responsibility to settle disputes between the states. One which they ignored.

The only good justice is Thomas. The rest are lawless and corrupt.

This is why we need a party that intimidates. When we have the power, we need to counter-stack. If not, then the law-abiding citizens of this country will always be a step behind the degenerate party...never quite able to fix the problems that they create.

For good or for ill (mainly for ill) Justice Barrett will not rule on cases that originated before she was sworn in. I guess that she is intimidated by Dims who criticized her appointment and eventual confirmation so close to the election.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Kavanaugh!

Yes the case is “moot” because biden is already sworn in and “serving” as “President”. But maybe it was time to do something unprecedented, and reverse a stolen election. The we wouldn’t have to witness the indignity of “Rachel” Levine and the corrupt and unqualified Neera Tanden (among others) being submitted for confirmation as Cabinet-level appointees!!!!

That is not right and there should be some push back or even threats.

If you are going to provide "push back" the last thing you want to do is to make threats.

If I expressed my self, and said, "I want to sh))t some sonofabitch", and if the person was a public figure, the fbi would be knocking on my door.

The fbi, that cannot find the genesis of the antifa provocateurs, could and would find my house.

When it comes to action, everyone will see it, not write about it like Thomas Paine did.

BTW, you see what he got for his words.

I'll take the Nike slogan, "Just do it".

I didn’t like most of RBG’s rulings but I respected her. Had she been in Comey Barrett’s position, she would never have recused herself from the PA case on that ridiculous basis. Let’s face it - Trump could have made far better choices than Kavanaugh or Barrett.

The Supreme Courts appointees (they’re not worthy of the title “justices” anymore) are just politicians now. Except, they are politicians with lifetime appointments. Impeaching them would just get us other politicians appointed, except these would probably be fully communist politicians instead of merely communist appeasers.

So maybe that punishes them, but it would also punish us.

How true but we won’t ever have a Senate that fights, it is beneath them.

We don’t need to do any gun control cases with those two on the bench.

“Trump could have made far better choices than Kavanaugh or Barrett”

He made the mistake of submitting to the Senates’ threats not to confirm anyone who wasn’t on their hand-picked list. He should have called their bluff and only sent them appointees he vetted himself.

Then the Senate could have chosen to confirm, or let the next Democrat president fill those seats. I think they would have folded and confirmed whoever Trump wanted.
