The SCOTUS claims, with some justification, that it is up to States how they conduct their election. IF a state wants fraudulent elections, that’s their own business and it is up to the voters remove the malefactors in the next election.
But they refuse to acknowledge that the impact of vote fraud on other states is a valid concern

Your argument is ridiculous. The states do not have the constitutional right to conduct corrupt elections. The constitution does give protection against that. The constitution also specifically gave the USSC the responsibility to settle disputes between the states. One which they ignored.

The only good justice is Thomas. The rest are lawless and corrupt.

Yep, once we are talking a federal election, then a fraudster in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania is defrauding every other citizen in the country as well. Letting that stand just destroys the legitimacy of elections, it doesn’t preserve federalism at all.

No, No, No!!!!!!! The constitution mandates the federal govt ensure free and fair elections in every state. And breaking the law and committing fraud is NOT NOT NOT a state’s right!!!!

Just because some minority percentage of a state’s population wants to cheat, does not give the state the right to cheat. Not only that, if some states are allowed to cheat and send fraudulent representatives to DC who are not the choice of the people of those states, the rights of the people of the remaining states who do conduct fair and free elections, are also compromised.

Where do you get the silly idea that the people of a state do not have the right to an honest election because some people have cheated and taken control of the govt is moral and the collective right of a free people? Is that the future? If fraud is successful, then the people who committed the fraud then have the right to continue the fraud, and somehow this makes us a free country?

Nonsense.

The US Constitution is a federal document. Rights specifically stated in it are under the jurisdiction of the U.S Supreme Court.

BTW, how would voters remove "the malefactors in the next election", when there is no check on the malefactors to commit fraud?
