The government as we have known it no longer functions. It is gone and has been gone for quite sometime. When a Presidential term can be bogged down with investigations and impeachments, the government is no longer a functioning entity.

That number is WAY to low. Mao was the greatest mass murder of the last century, eclipsing Stalin and Hitler (other Socialist Democrats) at likely 75-100 million.
