There is a huge gulf between educated Africans and "Afro-Americans". Educated Africans have a work ethic and are not expecting free stuff. Currently, I have two sets of tenants. A black mother in her 50s with a “disabled” thirty something son. He is on SSI and I believe she is receiving “freedom care” payments to be his guardian. Every time we go over there, even well past noon, they are both in robes, lounging in the bedroom or smoking cigs.
My upstairs tenant is a white woman in her 70s still working at walmart even when being in a boot cast.
I used to work for subsidizing housing and I can tell you this is not anecdotal.
Now that "science" can be anything the Biden admin says it is, this makes perfect sense.
