China has released a video which reportedly shows its border clash with Indian troops last June after Beijing admitted that four of its soldiers were killed in the fatal high-mountain fight.
The footage, aired by Beijing's state broadcaster CCTV, is said to capture the bloody hand-to-hand combat between Chinese and Indian forces at the Galwan River valley, which also resulted in the deaths of 20 Indian servicemen.
The official channel claimed the clip showed an Indian army 'several times the size of the Chinese side' launching a violent revenge attack after a Chinese commander had tried to solve the two nations' border disputes through peaceful talks.

Have read accounts of the fighting months ago. It was brutal and there was strong emotions with the losses.
Recall a beloved Indian officer killed by the ChiComs led to a strong counterattack in response.
I had just read an article that this conflict was de-escalating?
Anyone who isn’t aware would be astounded by just how many warrior tribes exist in the almost infinite variety of continental Indian cultures. We don’t hear as much about them, but the Chinese are not going to have much fun if this continues.

No, I’m just very unforgiving of Lyn’ Ted. And as a senator of Texas, while I am no longer a resident, If you were my senator, I would be absolutely outraged that he skipped town because it was cold leaving the state were ready was suffering a storm and power issues, to go south to Mexico. How many days did it take Biden to respond, at least he finally did, but not very well. Maybe the government might’ve responded sooner, and more responsive, had Senator Cruz spoke up for his constituents instead of skipping town and the country. Even here, even if you can’t, admits this was an incredibly stupid move on his part. Personally I think he should resign, let Abbott appoint a credible Republican to represent the state.
You’ve surely gotta feel sorry for India. They share a border with the two most despicable nations on earth.
I just don’t see how Ted Cruz is responsible for a fist fight between the Indians and chinee bobs and vageen.
I like Cruz, but I think he has some flaws that may do him in. The trouble is it is very hard to replace someone like him. I hope her survives this for the sake of the Republican party and the country. I believe he will prevail, when considering the democrat alternatives.

Look at it from an environmentalist green perspective.
Say 750 million Chinese and 650 million from India die in an all-out war. Only a tiny percentage of the earth’s surface would be uninhabitable for a tiny period of time in a cosmic sense, with a 1.35 billion smaller human footprint. Kerry might be conflicted, but Gates would probably count it a win.
