If they kill someone, do they have to give the money back.
Wow. Just wow.
That sounds just a little bit like extortion. Instead of arresting someone who has shot down a child on the street, we should give him money so he won’t do it again? Or should we divine the killers before they kill and give them money then as a contract to not do the killing? The logic here escapes me.
I’ve never killt anybody either. How much can I expect??
Brilliant!
Clearly a social genius solution.
Maybe it would make more sense to have the family and friends of the victim bid on who gets to shoot the killer in the head after he/she is found guilty.
Make a hellova lot more sense than this.
Extortion. The bedrock of all successful public policy.
So, a criminal wants protection money.
Arrest him.
Placating bad guys never, ever works. History is full of examples why this is a horrible idea. Of course, these Leftist clowns pay no attention to history.
This makes as much sense as paying for slavery reparations more than 150 years after the fact.
Nice population you got there.
Be a shame if it got cut down.
Counter proposal: You dont kill anyone. We dont execute you.
They’ll just use the money to buy more illegal drugs and weapons
This is an old idea.
Mentally ill individuals (liberals) have been debating this for years.
From 5 years ago....

How about an Assassin’s Guild - where murderers can be allowed to kill as long as they remain within quotas? After all, it worked well for Ankh Morpork on disc world.
There is no bottom to the idiocy of leftists or their supporters. Sooner or later, it’s going to either war or submission.
Give war a chance.
All convicted killers where the evidence is irrefutable should be unceremoniously run through a wood chipper.
So, first you have to identify killers so you can pay them not to kill; typical liberal logic.
I’ve a better idea: arm their victims and the one by one watch the locals bury the criminal underclass.
Shooting the shooters seems like a more sensible plan.
Makes sense.
