Why interfere with mother nature? I have nothing against the turtles, but sometimes gene pools need cleaning or populations need reduced.
Thank God for these people who go to great lengths to rescue helpless, innocent critters!

sea turtles eat jellyfish during some point in their lifecycle so anything that eats those nasty little stinging buggers is worth rescuing. ;)

Texas has a Navy force that helps the people. NY City/DeBlasio-Cuomo had a Navy hospital ship, medical personnel, and navy staffed medical centers that WERE NOT USED by New York City (and people died because of it).
There is a difference between Texas and New York City/Governor/Mayor.
