Watching on an ABC channel. There’s a second cheer that goes up and the ABC newsy asks, “ whats that about”?

Scientist - “They just received the first picture back from the rover.”

Newsy - “And what are we seeing here”?

Scientist - “Mars”.

Why is the acting director of NASA a privileged white guy? The Selected One and AOC (The Bartender) must get reparations to the slaves who worked day and night to built Mars.

All of this could be summed up in two sentences:

It landed successfully.
We’ll start getting images tomorrow.

I only care when the images start coming back. All I needed to know was, is this another flop or did it land successfully. It did, now I’m going to go work in the shop.

I don’t know for sure what the exact population is, but Trump said we’re going to Mars, and the Martians are going to pay for it! Woot! Woot!

I don’t even know what’s different about this one except it has better sensors, cameras, etc. And that’s irrelevant until it completes some of its exploration missions. I may be getting old. I’m not impressed by the UPS truck any more, but I am impressed with some of the stuff it delivers. I see this as the UPS truck. Let me know when they open some of the packages it delivers.
