Congressman Bennie Thompson, the Democratic lawmaker who filed a lawsuit with the NAACP against former President Trump and Rudy Giuliani, said he is eager to get to court and wants to put Trump out of business. âDonald Trump has to go away. If he doesnât, we will put him out of business,â Thompson, the chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, told CBSN.
The lawsuit accuses Trump and Rudy and others of violating the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. That law prohibits two or more people from conspiring to âprevent, by force, intimidation, or threat,â any office-holder from doing their job.
âThe act was put in place to protect those members of Congress so that we can actually have a democracy that stands up to the promise of the Constitution, without individuals being in fear of their intimidation or threat to their lives,â Johnson said.

If people want to help Trump, an investigative fund has to be established. All these Democrat lowlifes have something sordid in their backgrounds. When one of them initiates a lawsuit against Trump, an immedeate comprehensive investigation into their backgrounds should commence. The findings then should be used in lawsuits directed personally at them or publicized to the greatest extent possible. Its necessary to go on the offensive against these vile people.
