A brawling, street smart Philly lawyer slaps the hell out of a Leftist media bitch.
7:43
He really starts laying into her at about the 3:30 mark.
IMHO... PBS is fractionally better than the rest of the Media.
They have a very strong leftist bias, but they are not quite so willing to put out obvious, direct lies.
I think that is what is called in the vernacular as being "bitch slapped".
I disagree with him about the left and the right coming together. The left is too far gone in their wickedness. Otherwise, he brought that smirking bimbo down a few notches very well.
In one interview @LanaZak lost every single shred of credibility she ever may have had-- Jack Posobiec (@JackPosobiec) February 14, 2021
It won't hurt her in the least. Brush it off and blame the guest. The press as an institution has her back.
Said another way, the press doen't care if it has credibility, and at bottom, it doesn't need any. It just asserts that it is credible, and if you don't believe that, you are wrong. See Brian Stelter, Jake Tapper, scores of other prime-time A-list "faces of truth, justice and the American way." Not a shred of credibility in the entire lot of them (Russian collusion ring a bell?) and they are all carrying on, business as usual.
Now the media serves as enablers for the democRATic party, advocating for their lies and corruption.
“What an enjoyable slapdown. He mopped the floor with her. That’s going to hurt for a while.”
I doubt it will hurt at all. She’ll probably get a raise.
He knew before he went in. Lawyers who do trial and appellate work before judges are accustomed to more rigor and QA on evidence, but even there plenty of lies and twisting of law are normal - that what "adversary system" is about, both sides twisting truth, hoping to convince the rubes in the jury that their version of reality and law is the correct one.
Likely he's not had a client who was railroaded by a corrupt DA, which is the analogy that fits the House DEMs. Abuse of power and process for political gain.
At any rate, those sorts of abuses tend to get one hackles up unless you don't like the person being abused. I'd pile on if the target was somebody in the press or any DEM. Lock 'em up for chewing gum, for all I care.
That's is a media-cerated myth. The myth came out in the 1920's,
Journalistic Objectivity Evolved the Way It Did for a Reason - TIME Magazine, November 5, 2018
Even that article aims to perpetuate the myth.
The function of the press as an institution is to manipulate the public for the advantage of the press's maseters, which is emphatically NOT the public.
People will get closer to the truth when they take the time to study and discuss. Our laxzy public does very little study, and is hamstrung by having a dearth of knowlegdable sources and teachers.
Lazy consumption of news in half hour teevee programs, followed by crticism of the press, that does nothing to advance on the truth. It does nothing more than repeat what we already know, the press is not a source of truth. it is a source of information, yes, but even THAT is often lies, and nearly 100% of the time is misleading inforamtion for various reasons, lack of context, cherry picked, or striaght up fiction.
Oh, wow. He was pissed, and rightfully so. The lying by the Managers. The lying by the press. The harassment of his family by the left. He said he was “astounded” or something. Obviously, he hadn’t been paying attention for the last 20 years because the RATs and the press ALWAYS lie. To be fair, maybe his focus is on his family and business, and politics isn’t front and center for him.
I was wondering about PDJT’s lawyers. I wonder where they stood politically before the trial, and then if they had changed their minds afterward. In a short time they became immersed in the truth, after hearing lies for years before. Might’ve had a come-to-Jesus moment.
We know the election was stolen. WHY else are they going completely nuts to get it shut down, any investigation, any talk, any mention of theft and they actually lose their arse holes because they have no minds to lose in this situation!! This is Satanic hate. Driven from the bowels of hell.
He was trained to uphold the law. In those days he was taught America is great b/c of
"The rule of Law"....it's what sets us apart from the rest of the world.
==================================
The greed-infested Me-First Clintons started finagling with the rule of law......they set the swamp precedent.
He leaned on the lying impeachment managers-——indicated they should be penalized.
FYI——The impeachment managers, selected by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, will lay out their case in the Senate chamber alleging Trump incited his supporters to launch an attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. The assault came as lawmakers were working to certify President Joe Biden’s electoral victory. The attack left five dead, including a Capitol Hill police officer. House impeachment managers are expected to rely on lawmakers’ personal experiences during the riots to build the case against Trump.
<><> Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland will serve as the lead impeachment manager. He is a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform where he also serves as chairman of the Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. He previously served in the Maryland State Senate and taught constitutional law at American University’s Washington College of Law for more than a quarter century.Raskin also co-wrote the single article of impeachment against Trump.
On a personal note, Raskin experienced tragedy at the end of 2020 when his 25-year-old son died by suicide on New Year’s Eve after battling depression.
<><> Rep. Diana DeGette of Colorado has served in the House since 1997. She is a member of the Natural Resources Committee as well as the Energy and Commerce Committee. On the latter, she serves as the chair of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. Previously DeGette served in the Colorado State House and was a civil rights attorney. Before the impeachment proceedings got underway, DeGette said the case against the former president is clear. “Here’s a situation where the entire crime is either on video or on social media,” she said, according to the CBS affiliate in Denver.
<><> Rep. David Cicilline of Rhode Island serves on the Foreign Relations and Judiciary committees, and is chair of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law. Now in his sixth term, Cicilline was previously a two-term mayor of Providence, his state’s capital, and a public defender in the District of Columbia. Shortly after the attack on the Capitol, Cicilline reported a high volume of threatening calls to his office, according to The Providence Journal.

The San Antonio Democrat is a second- generation Mexican American who studied at Stanford University and earned his law degree from Harvard Law School. His identical twin brother, Julián Castro, is a former Democratic presidential candidate and previously served as the secretary of Housing and Urban Development during the Obama administration.
<><> Rep. Eric Swalwell of California is a member of the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees and is chair of the Subcommittee on Intelligence Modernization and Readiness. He is also an outspoken critic of Trump. Swalwell ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic presidential nomination last cycle. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Maryland and formerly served as a prosecutor in California’s Alameda County District Attorney’s office. Late last year the top leaders of both parties in the House received a briefing from the FBI regarding Swalwell’s ties to a suspected Chinese spy that dates back to 2015. Those allegations led some House Republicans to call for his removal from committee assignments.
<><> Rep. Ted Lieu of California is also a member of the House Judiciary and Foreign Affairs committees and is a former active-duty officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Lieu is reported to have raised the issue of impeaching Trump as the insurrection was still taking place, according to the Los Angeles Times.
<><> Del. Stacey Plaskett of the U.S. Virgin Islands sits on the House Ways and Means, Budget and Agriculture committees. The Brooklyn-born Plaskett was a prosecutor in the Bronx District Attorney’s office and served as senior counsel at the U.S. Justice Department. As a non-voting delegate to the House, Plaskett could not vote to impeach Trump, but told The Associated Press that her role as an impeachment manager will resonate for residents of American territories. “Virgin Islanders are always looking for space to be part of this America and try to make it better, even without a vote,” Plaskett said to the AP. “I’m going to make sure that their voice and the voice of people from territories representing four million Americans – Puerto Rico and other places – are actually heard.” She is also was a former student of lead impeachment manager Raskin.
<><> Rep. Madeleine Dean of Pennsylvania is in her second term in Congress and serves on the Judiciary Committee. Prior to that she served in the Pennsylvania legislature and before that was an attorney in private practice. John Hickenlooper to his Cabinet as executive director of Colorado’s consumer protection agency. At 36, he is the youngest member of the House impeachment manager team.
That is the way I took his PBS comment too...it was salt in wound he had just given her, a beat down in the beat down. He is a smart guy.
Thanks for this information.

IMHO, The optics of the impeachment acquittal makes it likely that many
casual observers will conclude that Trump was cheated out of his reelection bid.
Democrats’ foolish insistence on focusing on the “reason” for Jan 6 helps reinforce opinion
that Trump won but Democrats’ cheated to deny him office.......and a lot of people were upset about it.
