Sen. John Thune (R-SD), the second-ranking Senate Republican, said Friday he could support a resolution to censure President Donald Trump.
Thune, the Senate Republican whip, told reporters that he could support a resolution to censure Trump depending on how the resolution was framed. He added that the resolution would have to be “effective.”

That is what this senator is proposing... it’s specifically prohibited in the Constitution.

They want the old GOPe back. They think the way to do that is by purging Trump and his top allies. They do not realize that the old GOPe is dead. Either Trump forms a new MAGA party or he takes over the GOP. A new party without all the GOP baggage is IMHO the way to go. The GOP minus 75 million Trump voters is nothing more then a small RINOs only club.

I know all of these politicians are partisans, both democRATS and Republicans, but their relentless pursuit of Trump is beyond partisanship. It reeks of desperation.
I believe Trump has the goods on those voting against him and they don't want him anywhere near the levers of power again to expose their crimes.
I remember feeling the same way about John Roberts in his first major Supreme Court decision on ObamaCare and whether the government could fine you if you didn't sign up for it. Everybody was shocked when the decision came down that Roberts voted it was tax and was therefore legal. Obama had insisted is wasn't a tax to get it to pass but Roberts saved their asses by pulling that rabbit out of his hat.
You knew right then and there that the fix was in and the powers to be had something they were hanging over the head of Roberts if he didn't vote the way they wanted. ObamaCare would have fallen apart had he voted it was a fine and not a tax.
It was obvious they had the goods on him and used it to keep him in line. I smell the exact same rotten thing now about these Trump haters are going beyond what a normal person would do. These people are almost psychotic in their need to punish Trump for something he hasn't done. Trump knows something that they don't want revealed to the public. They want him silenced.

Agree completely. But he can still expose them. Which is why it baffles me that these UNIPARTY clowns are acting the way they are. And more importantly, not seeing the forest for the trees. I’m thinking close to or over 100,000,000 people voted for him. It’s alleged that he even won California. Only a complete, corrupt utter moron would turn their back on that.
I think he won by such a huge margin that the democRATS and their commie RINO brethren, want to make it a crime to reveal what really happened in the 2020 election. They know they didn't win legally but their power to do anything would dissipate if it got out what really happened in all 50 states, not just the 6 or so swing states.
They are so desperate to shut him down that they are going to the extreme to punish him and silence him.

Now to the Dem Governor of that state.
She refused to help when the President wanted National Guard troops on the border then complained that the state was being overrun with illegals. And then whined for money to help with the increase in costs.
Now she’s complaining that Harris/Biden’s decision on oil and gas is costing her state money and jobs.
Governors like her know what happened on Nov 3rd. Full well what happened. But, lets for a moment say that she is completely unaware. Lets say that she knows her state went for President Trump. What has she done about it? Nothing. What will she do about it? Nothing. She was hoping to become a part of the new administration. For now, she’s going to have to deal with decreased revenue and job losses.
Why??????? President Trump is a big Meanie Poopy Head and I don’t like him!!!!!
