He noted that young women (20-25) are pursued by lots of guys in the age range 20-40, while young guys (20-25) are at a competitive disadvantage (this shifts markedly when the guy turns 30). He advises young guys to look at women in the 30-40 age range. Ben Franklin said something similar.

Ben Franklin said something similar. Franklin's implication was to go after much older women, based on his point #3 for picking a woman past her child-bearing days, which would imply women 45+
