The Biden Administration is currently considering taking action against Florida by imposing travel restrictions on Floridians as President Joe Biden is clearly upset with how Governor Ron DeSantis is allowing his people to live their normal lives.

DeSantis recently made a statement where he stated that everyone should get back to work and live their normal lives while making “common sense” decisions relating to the COVID pandemic.

At least he should put movement restrictions on Pervo-Joe's hands when he is near little girls or little boys, and on Pervo-Joe's slimy schnoz (his perverted, little-girl-hair-sniffing nose), and all his other body parts, whenever he is near little girls or little boys.   (Better yet, DeSantis, and all other decent, honorable governors, should put severe restrictions on all of Pervo-Joe's movements, whenever he is anywhere near little girls or little boys.)

Florida doesn’t have inspection stations like California, so intercepting a few fruit trees under a tarp in your pickup truck isn’t going to heppen. Out of sight, out of mind. Now if your truck has 50 or a hundred trees and enough axles to require a stop at a weigh station, you might have problems. We rely mainly on most people excercising some common sense- if you want a fruit tree in Florida it’s easier and cheaper to simply buy it in Florida, and smarter in that you’ll get rootstock here that is resistant to the nematodes that kill off non-Florida grown trees.

The President has no constitutional authority to limit travel of its citizens within the United States.

Article IV Section 1:

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

States cannot be isolated from each other. The citizens of one state cannot have their rights curtailed.
