New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Monday he is going to investigate hospitals that aren't working their way through their vaccine allotment after a pitiful weekend at the end of January where healthcare workers failed to show up for their appointments.
The state has so far only been offering the vaccines to people aged over 65 and healthcare workers.
But thousands of appointments that are reserved for them have gone unclaimed. In some instances, people have reserved their appointment then not shown up for it.
Over the last weekend in January, vaccine sites should have been swarmed with eligible people. Instead, many were empty. Doctors said of the weekend: 'We blew our chance to vaccinate thousands.'
On Monday, Cuomo said that any vaccines in hospitals that are not used on healthcare workers by February 15 will be redirected to go to the next eligible group - people with comorbidities.
Some hospitals across New York City have only vaccinated 40 percent of their staff, whereas others have vaccinated all of their staff.

As it is with all Democrats; always looking around to see whom to blame for their own ineptitude.
Unlike sociopaths, psychopaths are unable to form emotional attachments. Psychopaths tend to be aggressive and predatory in nature. They view others as objects for their amusement. Although they lack empathy, psychopaths often have disarming or even charming personalities. They are manipulative and can easily gain people’s trust. They learn to mimic emotions, despite their inability to actually feel them and will appear normal to unsuspecting people. Psychopaths are often well-educated and hold steady jobs.
As a general rule, sociopaths know they're different whereas psychopaths, for the most part, think others are. :)

Maybe snow, sleet, rain and the cold had something to due with a lower turnout. I could be wrong, but, I could be right.
Somebody ought to investigate Il Duche’ Cuomo, aka “The Godfather”, aka “Il Douchebag” for his total incompetence and dictatorial behavior. Like Dr. King, I have a dream, that of Cuomo hanging upside down from a lamp-post, just like his idol Mussolini did, many years ago.

Typical Communist behavior
Possible explanations:
1. The people who had allegedly signed up to be vaccinated were actually already dead.
2. The people who had allegedly signed up were actually no longer NY residents.
3. The software used to tabulate the appointments was either "hacked" or had a built-in "back-door" allowing manipulation.
4. Etc.
