I bet you can do almost as well by irrigating your nasal passages with a solution of hydrogen peroxide

I use PVP iodine with saline

or i dilute it a little with saline and swab my nose

I have a Dr appointment with an ENT soon and going to ask if it will damage my nose

Yes, my tractor supply said the reason they keep this cheap stuff locked up is because it is high theft due to people using it on dogs.
