I have not researched this specific claim but I will tell you that Betadine has a spray with this ingredient but it isnt sold in the US

You can find it on Amazon for a big price. Dont know if they ship to US.

I bet you can do almost as well by irrigating your nasal passages with a solution of hydrogen peroxide
