Princess Anne has shared a glimpse of her very suburban living-room filled with sweet family photos and dozens of books and trinkets at her Gatcombe Park home in Gloucestershire.

The Princess Royal, 70, who is patron of Scottish Rugby, shared a photo as she cheered the Scottish Rugby team who won the Calcutta Cup yesterday after beating England 6-11.

In a snap shared on the Royal Family official Instagram account, the Queen's only daughter relaxed in a modern cosy lounge full of family photos, beautiful paintings, books and trinkets with her husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.

Princess Anne is known as the Royal Workhorse. Her wikipedia resume would well, choke a horse.

Her civic & charitable involvement would require ten people to keep up with.

The only Royal worth her stipend, IMO.

I tried one out at a store on the range & found it stove piped & jammed several times in a fifty round box. I liked the design & decided that I would try a Bersa Thunder 380, a clone of the PPK. It worked flawlessly & was a t least a third less the price. I purchased it & have had it for at least a decade & run several thousand rounds through it without an incident. I have subsequently purchased a Thunder 380 CC (pictured) as well as a Bersa 9MM. If I am carrying, it is almost certainly a Bersa. I guess all the quality gunsmiths felt the need to emigrate to Argentina at some point in the last century. I wonder why?

I noticed that too. I know I’m being pig-headed, but I just don’t trust semiautos, period. That’s why when I become President of the US (or King of England, whichever comes first) I’m going to require my bodyguards to carry a good revolver as a back-up.
