A data maven says fraud affected the election outcome

Immediately after the election, data maven Matthew Braynard began to determine how many fake ballots were cast in the disputed states. He now says he has absolute proof that Biden’s victory in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin came through election fraud.

On Tuesday, Braynard appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room show to discuss his findings. Bannon opened the interview by asking Braynard if he’s certain that, without offering any esoteric evidence about voting machines or the like, he can support a Trump impeachment defense based on old-fashioned election fraud

Braynard politely took issue with the “too late” concept. He pointed out that, after the 2000 election, the three major media outlets spent millions of dollars to investigate the election for seven months before conceding that Bush had won Florida. Thus, while Braynard reluctantly admitted that the information he’s gathered may not change the current White House occupant (I’ll get back to that in a minute), he’s very confident in his findings.

Braynard believes his data is especially useful for the “impeachment” effort against Trump because it’s not a real impeachment. That’s not just because it’s unconstitutional to impeach a private citizen. It’s also because the papers filed against Trump reveal that Democrats have set up a show trial to lay down a retrospective marker for the Trump presidency.

The Democrats will use the Senate arena to redefine Trump as an evil man because they disagree with policies that improved the economy for all Americans, strengthened our borders, brought peace to the Middle East, and generally went a long way to making America great again. In this context, it’s perfectly reasonable and appropriate for Trump to include in his defense evidence that the election was stolen.

AT recanted their claim that Dominion Voting Systems had engaged in voter fraud to avoid threats by Dominion's lawyers. Andrea was one of those who wrote articles either making or alluding to such claims.

It's not that the claims were untrue. It was a matter of not having the deep pockets to defend such claims.

Right, our basic problem is that voting was only the first step in the election.
After the vote-count the election was certified first by the media (irrelevant legally, but important politically), then by each state legislature, then by electors and finally by Congress.
In the process, numerous Trump legal challenges were summarily dismissed -- "these are not the votes we were looking fore, nothing to see here, move along, move along".

So, even as the Democrats' election fraud is revealed, all those certifications still stand, and now comes the final coup de grâce -- impeachment & removal thus driving a final nail into the Trump coffin, guaranteeing no further efforts to "put Americans first" or "make America great again".

I think (if he wants to), Trump could run & win again in 2024, but only if Republicans do what we are by nature loathe to do -- show some backbone, stand up for the Constitution and our party, investigate, prosecute & convict those guilty of election fraud, put laws & people in place to prevent future reoccurrences.

That's a tall order for a people & party whose strongest desire is to "be nice" to our beloved fellow Americans.

See my post #23 above -- the media's "certification" of the election is totally irrelevant legally, but very important politically, as it gives cover to those claiming 2020 was "the most secure election in history".

But there were other certifications which are indeed constitutionally mandated -- state legislatures, electors and Congress all certified, despite numerous Trump law suits, all dismissed, "nothing to see here, move along, move along."

Again, if he wants to, I think Trump can run & win again in 2024, but only if Republicans stand up & defend our Constitution like never before.

Why were all court cases dismissed on procedural grounds? There were all manner of excuses to not allow the evidence in courts, especially with the Texas vs. Pennsylvania et al case. It was said they had no standing to challenge the constitutionality of how other states ran elections. That one seemed like a slam dunk. I am just asking, were the courts frightened, threatened, bribed, what??? It’s as if everyone is running scared but from what?

People make the error of believing that Trump watches these TV personalities, that he has concern when most discouraged trump voters say about him based on what ‘everyone‘ is saying. He didn’t have that concern. He doesn’t consider what Mika or Tucker are saying even during a campaign. But the campaign is over. The election is over. He won.

People make the error of not doing their own research, their own observations. They let TV tell them.

National politics in the United States has turned in college football.

A crisp, autumn Saturday on the quad and then off to the open-air stadium to watch the college game. With baseball on the wane, there is no greater Patriotic even than that.
But...
Think about it. Every college team has fans (short for “fanatic”) who are more than cheerleaders. They give money according the teams success on the national stage. They are whipped into a frenzy when the team is winning and utterly despondent after a loss.
If the team has a poor season, they blame the head coach who was chosen by winning a popularity contest and paid exorbitant sums. Two poor seasons? Off with his head!
EVERY college has these fans. Their only reason for Saturday is tied to their college football team. Each one is the best...at the start of the season.
There are hard core fans of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Mount Union that actually _believe_ their team could beat ‘Bama or THEE-OSU.
Yep, ever since 1992, our elections have become the equivalent of the BCS playoffs with fans riding the tide of wins and losses. No one really cares about the game-plan devised by the coach. They forget that it’s just college football...er...elections.

Bama is the champion of 2020. Of what \objective\ consequence is that to the players? What to the fanatics get from it? Bragging rights?

In politics, “bragging rights” come with real, objective consequences for both the winning team and the losing team. The fanatics are no longer useful, until next time.

The day following the election, the results were documented in a Benford Analysis, as a 20+ year Audit and data professional, I was dumbfounded at the Benford results.

Let us not forget that we were then treated by the video spectacle of Ruby Freeman and her daughter, both of who should be sitting in a jail cell today awaiting trial for their fraud captured on video. Nevermind the fraud we SAW WITH OUR OWN EYES in GA, the real fraud is that in Fulton County, 90%+ of all ballots cast were rejected by Dominion’s tabulator machines and sent to adjudication. ‘Adjudication’ means an election worker looks at the ballot and enters the vote manually. This manual entry is the counted vote. It should NEVER exceed 1-2%, much less be in the 90’s.
