My son sent me 8 different kinds for Christmas. At age 77, I eat them mostly for the protein. I did give half of them to a buddy....also up there in years.

Love fudge? Love pistachios? This is the recipe for you; easy to make and delicious.
PISTACHIO WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

PREP Foil/Line 8" sq, extend foil handles; spray.
METHOD Elec/mixer 8 oz cr/cheese smooth. Rain in 3 c conf on low.
Add lb melted white/choc baking bar, 1/2 tea vanilla, 1/4 tea almond extract, bit green color; mix well.
Stir in 1/2 c chp pistachios. Spread evenly in pan. Garnish w/ chp pistachios; fridge firm an hour.
SERVE lift out w/ foil handles. Cut 25-1 1/2" squares.
