These are the unconscious bias training videos shown at big corporations.
I suffered through lots of diversity training. At least at GD I can say with authority, that it did not make one convert. People who went gung-ho on diversity were already liberals.
Indoctrination.
Political re-education via corrupt HR departments.
I’ve had to suffer through such things since the 1990s when the head of HR himself was being accused of sexual harassment and had his offenses silenced for a couple million and still had his job.
I am not convinced that what they think they are fixing is even fixable but one thing for sure you don’t fix it by being anti-white.
First year at my new job the company who made the training film kept using the same woman for the victim. That poor hispanic lady was sexually harassed, racially harassed, asked to participate in fraud and a few other things. If that had been a real worker rather than an actor she should have quit quickly. The next year they split up the victimhood.
Yeah - ours even said, in manager training, that you’re responsible for *educating* people regarding transgender issues.
There’s a whole industry behind this garbage. It should be summed up with something way more simple, like “I expect everyone to respect everyone and be professional at all times”. It isn’t hard.
The trick is to arrive at one of these meeting a little early and get a seat by a window. Then spend the entire meeting looking out of the window.
Presenter: “As you can see by this next slide, all white people are bad.”
Me (to myself): What a pretty little bird that is!
I’m glad I retired from DoD 18 months ago. The new mandatory training will be insufferable.

I think everyone should be proud of their ethnic group and perhaps even learn more about it and attend the festivals, when they occur again, like Greek, Italian, German, etc festivals! We went to N.M. a few years ago and learned a lot about native American groups! It was FASCINATING!
The whole idea is to convert more people into thinking they are victims. If they are victims, then they need someone to protect them.
If you want to get promoted, you have to support and go along. Silence is not enough. It won’t be long before silence will get you fired.

If you could go through “unconscious bias training“ while unconscious, it wouldn’t be so bad.
No one mentioned that the training is for helping a company to avoid liability costs. That’s odd.
I’m retired, so I get my human resources training every week from the pulpit, with readings in between.
We are trained to understand that each person is responsible for his or her own actions, that telling the truth is generally the most efficient and cost-effective policy, and that the Big Boss has total access to our devices. If we mess up, we need to be accountable—but no one’s perfect, so be careful not to come off as self-righteous when someone else offends.
Oh, and the Big Boss already assigned our genders, so don’t even think about being all woke about it. It’s kind of a non-negotiable from on high in this outfit.
