I suffered through lots of diversity training. At least at GD I can say with authority, that it did not make one convert. People who went gung-ho on diversity were already liberals.

Me too.

I’ve been in the corporate world since 1979. And when the Karens in Human Resources come up with schemes to “improve your business profile” or some such malarkey - I’ve learned to smile and keep my mouth shut.

The current programs are FUELING racist stereotypes and dividing people. As Walsh says, it makes people afraid to interact with “the other tribe” because they can shame you or cost you your job if offended.
