Clicking through a Daily Mail article link posted in a FreeRepublic thread ("US Capitol Special Agent David Bailey Who Killed Ashli Babbitt is a Brazilian Immigrant and Black Lives Matter Militant (Truncated)"), I came upon the story of the arrest of Chad Barrett Jones. Before posting this, I searched titles and found no mention of him, so here goes:
Strangely, notwithstanding the fact that this guy, who most reporting tries to link to the "Trump rioters", I cannot find anything about his political affiliations. One small piece of information gives a clue, but it is inconclusive. Before living in Kentucky, Barrett lived in Brooklyn, New York.
Does anyone have anything more on this guy? He is featured in the videos showing people breaking the windows in the door where Ashli Babbit was shot. We already know about that guy Sullivan who was right there. Maybe they were working in coordination to increase the violence of the situation.

If he’s from Brooklyn, it’s a better than 50% chance he’s a Democrat operative, probably blm/Antifa.

I didn’t see anyone with a flagpole striking the window on the video that was taken prior to Ashli Babbitt being shot. I saw three cops standing side by side in front of double doors that had long glass panes in them. Next to each door was a panel with windows in both of them...so four sets of long glass panels. Two agitators were walking back and forth in front of the cops, one individual, who is seen changing his clothes on the stairwell shortly after, is leaning in towards the cops, reaching over their shoulders, using a helmet to hit the windows with. The other guy with him was using the flat of his hand to hit the windows in the same manner, ie., over the shoulders of the cops. The video captures the cop who killed Babbitt, behind the doors, standing off to the left with his weapon drawn while the cops are still standing on post. They suddenly leave the doors, and go off screen. The window Babbitt had tried to climb through had been broken through. It was the only one that had been broken through. I haven’t seen any video that shows who it was that broke that one glass panel completely out. Apparently the cop behind the doors with his weapon drawn didn’t feel there was a threat when someone broke through that one panel of glass, but felt threatened by a white female who decided to climb up on the window ledge. The shooter’s claim that he was being charged, as the reason he fired his weapon is pure BS.

None of the tapes of the incident back up this report.
The shooter of Ashli was not in danger. He could have stepped back through the door he emerged from, and retreated to a different level.
The coverup of Ashli’s assassination may very well provoke her followers and comrades to more drastic action.

Really hoping someone can locate information on who the guy actually is. BTW, I agree that Bailey is not the shooter, but that point has been discussed extensively elsewhere. I’m trying to establish is whether Barrett is a false flag Antifa guy or was he just a someone in the crowd who just ended up there.
Who is the 'shooter'?
Someone who does know is Oklahoma representative Markwayne Mullin. He was right there, saw the whole thing, and talked about it the next day before someone got to him and told him to... you know.
What he said was he saw it happened and that the shooter "had no choice".
So maybe someone could catch him getting out of his car or something and ask him about it.
