Robert Kraft's sex spa videos will now officially NEVER see the light of day ... a judge has ordered the footage to be destroyed immediately.
79-year-old Kraft allegedly received sex acts on multiple occasions inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Fla. back in January 2019 ... and cops say they caught the whole thing on camera.
Law enforcement had intended to use the clips as evidence against Kraft after prosecutors hit the New England Patriots owner with two misdemeanor charges of solicitation.

I guess this judge wouldn’t want to look at voter fraud allegations either.
I am sure getting the judge to come to that ruling must have cost Kraft a mint.

How can this be done? Is evidence from lawsuits/trials routinely thrown away?
There are very good reasons why decent people have lost faith and trust in the judiciary. It began with Roe v Wade and has only since worsened.
The Judge must be a Tampa Bay fan!
At least the officers back at the “porn room” in the station enjoyed watching the live sex shows. Fun while it lasted.
No doubt this fine ,incorruptable judge has assured Mr. Kraft that every single copy of those tapes have been destroyed. He has nothing to fear and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

If they enjoy watching some guy pushing 80 getting sexually serviced they got real problems

They were recorded illegally, that’s why the charges were dropped.
If the police searched your home illegally, should they be able to hold on to whatever they illegally took from your home...forever?
If the police illegally recorded you and your spouse having sex in a hotel room, would you want the police to hold onto those illegal recordings forever?
Recordings that could be viewed at anytime by police personnel. Recordings that could at anytime be leaked just to embarrass you.
And don’t doubt these recordings could be used to blackmail. “Do as I ask or those recordings will become public; you’ll never be able to prove I leaked them, and even if you did they’ll be out there.”
Of course illegal evidence should be destroyed. In this case doubly so, as the illegal evidence could have been used as a weapon against someone.

There were also about 100 other individuals over the several month long videoing of the naked citizens.
The judge must be afraid he’s shown in some of them.
Patriots (team) always find a way to cheat to win.
I interpret cheating as paying the way to a judicial decision us commonfolk taxpayers would never get.
