A new Party?
Why?
We already own the old one.
With the victory of Donald Trump we saw the result of the Conservative movement that started with the TEA party effort some years ago.
All that remains is to clear out the old deadwood that clings to the bottom of the ship.
Look at the big map, a lot of red on there. And with the wind of change that Donald Trump has brought with him, we should be able to clean house right down to the local dog catcher..
But .. and yes there is a but ... Trump has brought the rats and the scalawags out of the shadows. He tore off the mask of hypocrisy that so many of our trusted pols hide behind. They can't hide now.
It's time to clean out the GOP. It all starts at the local level.
Did your local GOP party chair support Trump?
If not, then you know this is job 1, throw them out.
Did your councilmen support Trump?
Did your mayor support Trump?
Did your local state Representative support Trump?
Did your election supervisor support Trump?
How about school board members?
Start with the ones closest to the people. It should be clear where they stand, and don't put up with any "get em next time ". If they didn't openly vocally support Trump then throw them out. The only reason that we have rinos running the show anywhere is that we let them.
Then it's time for the secretary of state, the governors, congressmen.
If you want honest elections take control of the election supervisor position.That is a local position.
The easiest spot to get is the GOP chair for your area. Will you do the work it takes?
You, yes I mean YOU!
You want another party so you can go to the polls and look down a different list of names. Where do you think those names come from, how do you think they get on the ballot? If we don't have the fortitude to use what we have already won, we will never bring a slate of "new party" candidates to the field.
We have been working to build a conservative party for years, Donald Trump was the culmination of that effort.
All the "johnny come latelies" should get off their behinds and get involved with the WORK. (I'll go ahead and apologize for the "johnny come lately" comment, but I couldn't help getting a snarky remark in here somewhere).
I know the process of finding good candidates who will serve is a daunting task, but it has never been clearer who needs to be primaried and who needs support. Donald Trump has cast a light on the battle like never before. It's up to us to take the field.

You’re not wrong, but we have lost with republicans since before Reagan. I don’t believe it’s possible to clear out the dead wood.
You ever hear the old story about the poor family sitting down down to dinner? The pastor came by and the Mother had to invite him to stay. She hardly had enough for her family.

This is what the GOP and the GOPe has done to us for decades. Promises, promises, promises, bullsh!t.
I don’t believe they are reformable. We need a new party that anyone disgusted with DC can come to.
All right, I’ve done nothing locally, so what do I want to do?
Can I call the local GOP Party and ask about meetings?
Say I just show up- what am I looking for? WTF would I be looking to do besides getting to know people?
What could I offer to do that would require only a few hours a month of work?
Give me some nudging.
Donald Trump took the White House, it's up to us to take the rest.
He can't fix the gop, only YOU can. But he has given us the tools . He has shown us who we can trust right down to your next door neighbor.
If we stop now and don't finish the job, then we deserve what we get.
Well actually a new party would be the second party, the GOP would be a distant third.
Listen, I live in Cook County, Illinois. The local GOP can never accomplish anything here because the Dems have rigged the game to make it impossible. Now the GOP nationwide is going to experience what that means first hand, because the Dems have implemented the exact same tactics nationwide and succeeded. The window when we might have stopped that by political means is closed, just like it’s been closed in Cook County for 89 years.
Yer GOP just allowed and then certified a Republic ending, fraudulent election in the middle of endless Wuhan CCP martial law. Yer yellin “GIDDYUP” but you ain’t got the reins.

I have been getting text from 80810, purportedly from President Trump. After the election, they continued, and then after the inauguration. I thought it odd, till my email from RNC asking for a donation to 80810. It was never Trump. I gave them a two word comment not used by the Clergy. They deleted me the next day. What a scam.
And how much power do they hold?
Here locally for me, the Cantor faction of Bush League Republicans colluded with Democrats to defeat Dave Brat, the best representative I’ve ever had and arguably the best in the country.
Bush League Republicans have had a stranglehold on the GOP for 30 years and they are not going to let go.
So history is “flippant”?
Rather, denial of same is what is flippant. It would be like people when the GOP first formed insisting that “we own” the Whig Party and to take it back over.
on the local level the republican party is a Trump party....its on the fedral level in wahington that we have problems....this is just a ploy to stop the primarying of neo-conservatives rinos...they are figuring that they can take back contole of the party if trump suporters are divided and the activist portion joins the new party....unless I see some one like Devon Nunas or Ted Cruz advicating with trump to switch parties I wont go.
Sticking with the GOP would be fine, IF the party would / could kick out those fake conservatives.
Maybe it’s done sending a letter to Romney, Toomey, Mcluskey, Collins, etc, to tell them they are no longer members of the party; I don’t know, but the GOP is dead as long as they are there.
Well, I wasn’t looking for excuses for NOT trying the OP’s recommendation... In Cook County you do, indeed, have a good one though! IMO...
... maybe it would make a HUGE difference there if you participated. But I agree that’s hard to believe LOL!

What are his future plans? Any idea?
Alas, we don’t have millions of dollars to throw at these local elections like Soros has and does. His purchase of the Secretaries of state in numerous states who are both Republicans and Democrats, gave this “election” to the Communist/Democrat Party. Soros is actively buying secretaries of state and States and district attorneys. These DAs are who are refusing to charge criminals just turning them loose to continue their depredations. Lenin said that criminals are the social allies of the Communists because they keep the people begging the government for protection and keeps them unsettled and fearful and thus easier to control.
A gop meeting is just a gathering of people who are willing to participate in the process. Motivations for participation vary, but there are always self serving rino types who look for power ect.
If not countered by true well meaning conservatives, they will hold sway over policy.
Learn a bit about Roberts Rules of order.
Get a friend to go with you to the meeting.
You will be surprised how few people actually control everything.
Be polite, be patient, be observant.
Then get a few more friends of like mind to go with you.
