My daughter worked at our local CiCi’s as a teenager.
She said, “DON’T EVER EAT THERE!”............................
Only ate a CiCi’s a few times in the 200’s. About as bad a slice as it gets.
Pretty unremarkable....bordering on frozen pizza.
We have/had one nearby — right across from the China Buffet and the Old Country Buffet. Looks like the buffet is dead.

In retrospect, a fatal error when nobody is eating out at restaurants. Pizza chains that focus on delivery instead are probably booming.
Wow is right! The hatred of buffets. Must be a lot of snobs round here. Give me a CiCi’s or Chinese buffet any day of the week. Sad to hear they are filing.
Such are the times that separate the exceptional from the mediocre. Went to CiCi’s once, that was enough.
I only ever went to one once. I went to the one in St. Augustine, FL.
Never again.
My Navy pal, whom I was visiting said: “STILL better than what I get, whilst underway.”
Being a Civilian, I had to use a different point of comparison: “Well, it’s not as gross as Chuck E’ Cheese’s at least.”
(even as a kid, Chuck E’ Cheese and Showbiz both just about made me want to puke).
I have only been to a Cici once (while traveling) and it was awful. Never stopped at another one.
What took so long?
Their pizza looked bad, even in their own commercials.
One visit to a CICI’s is more than enough. Unless you have a large family on a tight budget.. in which case you can let the kids who will largely eat anything and think it’s good can carb load themselves Into a nearly diabetic coma and parents can choke down something.
Bad Pizza was the root cause.
If “pizza” isn’t made by Italians in NJ, then it ain’t pizza.
Some locations were decent, most are horrible. Not a big loss.
Went to CiCi’s numerous times.
After all...it was for the chilluns.
Went in one once.
Looked around and left.
Hunger wasn’t quite that bad that I had to eat their crap.
I remember when one opened near me in PG Co, MD. I ate there once and never returned.
One of the worst pizza places ever IMHO!!!!
