I’ve read much about NDEs (Near Death Experiences). I even had a close acquaintance who experienced one and I talked with him about it at length. The experience is profound and it usually changes people’s lives forever.
One only needs to spend a few minutes in the Bible to find and believe that there is life after death. People like the guy in this story have been there and returned to tell about it. Their stories are all similar.
