I was told years ago (call it 30) by a guy “in the business” the following rather profane quote. “If you walk into the woods behind your house and taka p**s, we may not see it. Very, very, very doable, with very little thrust, if you a willing to wait. You just attach to the object, orient it correctly, then use the same thrusters to adjust the orbit at perihelion. 6 months later, it smacks DC/Baltimore/Philadelphia/Boston, and they are no more.
