I’m pretty sure, as my son is, her dog is gone. My cat loves going outside but I only let him out when I can watch him as we live on a busy street. I feel sorry for her and the beautiful dog, but the neighbor, who actually works for the city, has let it be known he will shoot dogs, and her dog is a killer.

I love dogs but they require more care than cats, and they’re more emotional than cats. Or they wear their emotions, whereas cats are more devious. 😼

I like both dogs and cats. There is a huge difference, with dogs being high maintenance and cats being low maintenance.
I have to say that I love the pets that I have now.

Thanks for that link! Sometimes I’m glad I live now and sometimes not. For most of my life I thought I would rather be my parents generation.

Just FYI, some anecdotal information...the state offices in Nashville (and lots of other counties) are closed tomorrow. Since I work from home, I'll still have to work.
Also received notification from a doctor's office (for which I don't have an appointment) that their office will be closed tomorrow.

The New York Constitution lacks provisions for initiative and recall. It has a provision for referenda, but only for bond issues.
