Colorado Congresswoman Diana DeGette, one of nine House Democrats selected to prosecute President Donald Trump's second impeachment case, said her argument is simple: he told the rioters where and when to stage the insurrection.
"Donald Trump told those people to come to Washington to stop the certification of the election. Then when they all got to the White House, invited by him, he told them to march up Pennsylvania Avenue and to stop the count and he had all kinds of references to violence and everything else. So, they're all guilty," DeGette told MSNBC Sunday.
"We can't let this go," she reiterated several times.

"And they can't now point the finger at each other and say, 'Well he said it, so I'm not guilty.' It's part of the criminal conspiracy. And the whole conspiracy was designed to undermine our democratic process and our democracy. It's mind-boggling to think about what a serious threat that was from our own sitting president of the United States," DeGette added.
MSNBC host Ali Velshi noted that many of the Trump supporters present on the day of the Capitol riots are making the legal argument that "they were here [in Washington D.C.] because the president told them to be here."

Look what happened in 2008 with the housing mortgage blowups. I would say that “I don’t see the logic in your argument”.
You have to know that this it’s not about the truth. If it was all about the truth, there would be efforts to audit what happened in the election, and make sure ALL American people were satisfied that we had election integrity. No POTUS is guilty of a bunch of disenfranchised voters and ANTIFA, with the help of inside operatives and NEWS stations, attacking the capital without even pitchforks. If it was serious, they would have all come armed or at least with ropes, or even tar and feathers.
Once again, while the country is locked down, the economy falters because the Democrats and the Chinese plotted to destroy America with a virus, they blame Trump......
I wonder what’s going to happen when the most of the Democrats realize they have been betrayed? When trust funds are useless because the market tanks? When 401k’s are nationalized because of the debt? The Unions, the Blacks, the Latinos, the people in college whose jobs are taken by green card nationals, the working democrats looking for property in a State filled with Chinese? What then?
The anger is coming, and they will begin to wonder if voting even matters. Then what?

Extending this line of thinking, then the demokkkraps would more importantly be able to slam Trump incessantly as a egotistical, paranoid, selfish, sore loser who had to have the integrity of the election proven to him and his 76 million voters.
There is a reason the demonkkkraps don’t want that, because winning (power) is everything and the citizens are subjects to be used. They know that the audit would not only overturn the POTUS results, it would expose their criminal fraud machine rendering it useless for future elections because they know they cannot win honestly.
The constitutionality of this impeachment should immediately be ruled on by the SCOTUS. If it is unconstitutional, as most legal scholars say it is, then stop it now. No, the senators would miss out on getting their 5 minutes of news time and photo ops.

I believe this to be correct. They have said so many things that indicate this, it has become THE problem now, retribution for supporting Trump. It is beginning to look like they are determined to start a conflict to make an example of some people to instill fear in everyone else.

On the other hand, Trump should have the due process opportunity to defend himself, and that is also a risk for the Senate. I am surprised there is no demonkkkrap chatter on this like there was that there was not way Monica was going to sully the hallowed Senate as a witness about sex with BJClinton.
Trump’s final speech would be on the Senate floor, the entire world will be watching, and they will be going down as he will point out quite strongly their hoax, fraud and corruption over 4 years. Expect them to deny him due process, as they and the courts have already done.

None of that is going to take long to come to pass. By cheating the Democrats have wiped the board of anyone to blame for things going south.
