Tucker was known to be in the area at the time of that murder and the same MO was used...a pick was left in the head of the victim.

The baby who was ripped from her mother’s womb turned 16 last month. Her mother was only 23 when she was murdered in 2004.

Somewhat similar case happened 2 yrs ago when a woman out of Houston strangled a new mother & took the newborn. They were ‘friends’ at the time. Only difference she didnt cross state lines & the mother had already given birth.
