It's not just humans who have been impacted by the global coronavirus pandemic. Pet cats have tested positive, as has a tiger at the Bronx Zoo in New York. On Monday, the San Diego Zoo announced that members of its gorilla troop have COVID-19, the disease caused by coronavirus.
The gorillas reside at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, a 1,800-acre facility that houses rhinos, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes and the endangered gorillas.

Officials believe the primates caught the virus from an asymptomatic staff member, “despite following all recommended precautions,” the zoo said in a press release.
“This is the first known instance of natural transmission to great apes and it is unknown if they will have any serious reaction,” the statement said.
In an update on the coronavirus pandemic Monday, California Gov. Gavin Newsom said a third gorilla was also displaying symptoms of the illness.
“We are currently confirming the source of the infection and the strain,” Newsom said.
“There is some question did it come human to animal. That’s being determined…,” he added.
I was just gonna say that. Why are we testing cats, gorillas etc?
Wait, so if all the zoo keepers were following the precautions, i.e. wearing masks, etc., that means masks didn’t stop the CCPVirus from spreading. Whose gonna volunteer to mask up the gorilla?
Ok can we take the masks off now? Nothing is stopping this.
It says that the park is currently closed to the public. But when they reopen they should warn people to stay at least 6 feet away from the gorillas.
So we tested Pelosi, Newsom, Gascon, Garcetti, Boudin, Harris, Maxine Waters, Becerra, and the rest of the Democrats!! About time.

The question to ask is what were those zookeepers doing with those gorillas?
Testing zoo animals when people can’t get the test.
Has Gavin and his garbage can of friends been at private “parties” with them ... sex, drugs, drinking, etc.?
Don’t worry, Bigfoot and Sasquatch are the kings of social distancing.

"Yeah, maybe we should stick one of them covid swabs into it's poop."
