Yes, but can they chew gum and whistle Dixie at the same time? That is the important question.
Seriously though, Cool article

Bacteria may, but millennials need a digital clock to do that.

So bacteria is is a cognizant entity?
To: Red Badger
That’s why they have tiny little watches.
To: Red Badger
I can’t remember if I learned that in school, my parents taught me, or I just picked it up.
But I’m pretty sure that I knew by first grade. Because every classroom had an analog clock on the wall, and you were always interested in knowing when school got out at 3:00 p.m.

Of course they can. They know precisely since I had my last cold, that I’m overdue for one, and then they amass for the attack.

The old analog school clocks that twitched every minute taught me how time works. They slowed WAY down when the teacher was droning on, sped way up during recess and lunch, and almost slowed to a stop the hour before school was over. Time stopped entirely when Karen sent a brief glance my way, too.
I learned time was very elastic.

That is so true.
And do you remember, on the last day before summer vacation. When it got to be about 2:30 the clock seemed to go so slow. Sometimes it even seem to be going backwards.

how do they celebrate New Year?
