That’s carefully worded. “No majority”? Well no, probably not. Even a legislature that’s 65% Republican only needs less than a third to be Never Trumpers and there you go. But the very fact that both GOP and DNC hate him means, to me, that he is the Good Guy. He’s crashed their little private club and they want him OUT.

The state legislators never sent a slate of electors in the first place you moron Massie.
It was the corrupt governors unconstitutionally who sent the electors.
Pence needs to send it to the state legislators and have them vote on it once and for all.
That’s not true. The states put in place the mechanism by which electors were certified. Not a single state legislature met to reverse the certification process.
