Fed law requires states to pick pres electors on Election Day. As that did not happen in PA, WI, MI, GA, AZ, NV, fed law then requires state legislatures to act. That did not happen. Biden electors from those failed elections are currently invalid and should be rejected.

Many not-so-radical democrats I know always say, “But Trump is so combative”
Just like Twitter, I realized - its the only thing he can do. Its the only thing that makes him heard. If he didn’t push back, if he didn’t call out truths in simple terms, if he didn’t challenge, he would be a RINO and that’s how the MSM would treat him.
he is a never trumper and a media darling .
a snake libertarian
Unfortunately yes.
The flaw in Massie’s argument is that the whole constitutional process has been bypassed and compromised by state and local officials and state courts. we are now beyond the constitution.
1. Election fraud in the contested states has been proven. If majorities in these state legislatures have failed to state the obviousd then they must be overruled.
2. The Constitution places the onus of election certification upon these legislatures, not upon the governors or secretaries of state who certified the electors.
Certification is a Constitutionally required affirmative action which none of the affected state legislatures performed. The Constitution does not say that if legislatures fail to overturn state executive certifications then the states electors are certified. State legislatures must certify electors or they don’t exist.
“No majority of any state’s legislature has asked us to reject their electors.”
That’s the bottom line right there.
Until/unless they do, the current elector slate is the ONLY elector slate...fantasy notwithstanding.
And all the Qtards have been had.
that is like stating that there is an acceptable amount of corruption or abuse or poison in a system. If the majority of the system - 51% is neutral one must ignore and stifle all comment on the cancer embedded (and probably growing).
