One person dies out of how many took the shot? People do die all the time. Beware the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy, ie, an informal fallacy that states: “Since event Y followed event X, event Y must have been caused by event X.” It is often shortened simply to post hoc fallacy.
You vaccinate millions of people.
Some, a very small number, will probably die from the vaccine - after all you’re injecting a piece of alien protein into them. All sorts of interesting possibilities there.
But, with millions of recipients, it is statistically certain that some of them die from unrelated causes shorting have to receiving the vaccine.
What I do not understand is why you would want to risk taking the vaccine when the probability of surviving covid is so high. The risk reward just does not compute.

People have died suddenly from Polio vaccine, TB vaccine, even the Flu vaccine.
But reason people are advised to take the risk of vaccine id because 99% people benefit from it.
People die suddenly from auto accidents as well. But we don’t all stop driving because there is a chance we could die. Human life is never 100% safe. From stone age to modern age, people have died suddenly from many causes.
I love (”love” means “hate”) it when our shark-jumpers never ask any other questions - like was an autopsy performed that also validated her Perfect health” status...
I’m reminded of athletes in their teens and early 20s that suddenly die because the first symptom of the attack that kills them is usually their death.
Not having a history does not always mean “perfect health”.
Of course, we also heard about the 75 year old Israeli guy that died shortly after receiving the vaccine - with the long history of respiratory/heart troubles including previous heart attacks (plural).
I plan on passing on the vaccine, but find it “ill considered” to jump on every event as if the same events don’t still occur even with long-proven vaccines because of the diversity the systems/conditions of those who receive them.

Some people have severe allergies to stuff. I'd say with tens of millions given, 1 death with little actual info isn't statistically significant.
So what? She’s just an anomoly. It doesn’t matter. Get over it. Most people will do just fine and this vaccine is more important than a few lives lost.
