I wear a mask everywhere I go. Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn’t, but I don’t see a harm.
I wear the star of David everywhere I go. Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn’t, but I don’t see a harm.
The harm is the mandate that everybody wear one. The virus can get in through eyes also so should we be mandated to wear goggles too? I remember fraudchi suggested we should but the media didn’t go with it so the idea died. I wish the mask idea would die too.
Little Bo Peep has lost her sheep. You must like rebreathing your last breath.

Consider the CDC report that proved that more than 85% of Covid “victims” were faithful mask wearers. So .. maybe it doesn’t — help, that is. I guess I’d rather be in the other 15% — the ones who AREN’T victims.
Dont let people here discourage you...they are totally ignoring the Brownian motion. btw, masks are one area that engineers and MD’s may not see eye to eye and one reason why you see such a varied opinion about masks. Although, I am sure there are plenty of engineers not wearing masks.
The goal for mask wearing really boils down to lessening the viral load. Sure, some will get through...the less that get through the better chance the body has to fight it
this is an interesting graphic of virus movement and masks

You might have your mask up over your eyea.
I don’t call it a mask. I call it a muzzle. I am disinclined to being muzzled.

My mask wearing had been for a few minutes here or there. Where they draw blood, for example, they won’t if you don’t play by their rules. Some Publix employees act like that famous scene in “Invasion of the Body Snatchers.” Then, one day, I had to wear it on and off for several hours. (Lowes, the bank, Costco...) Suddenly, I thought I was having a heart attack. My chest felt like I had a cement block on it. Then, from decades ago, I remembered what an asthma attack felt like. I had to get an inhaler. Now, every time I put on a mask, I have an asthma attack.
I wear a 9mm where ever I go, maybe it helps maybe it doesn’t, I don’t see how it hurts!
Do you object to people who don't?
Here here!
It’s just my way of communicating a message. “I don’t want to get it. I don’t want you to get it. I don’t want any elderly or sick people you know and live to get it.”
It’s a simple gesture. Costs me nothing. Doesn’t matter if it works. Wearing a suit to an interview doesn’t guarantee a job, but it tells your future boss that you respect their time.
I guess those that wore Nazi armbands in Germany felt the same....
