Every doctor or nurse I know is saying Covid is overwhelming them. I don’t see how it’s helpful to attempt to minimize it?
Has the left weaponized the crisis? Yes.
My mother in law almost died on Christmas Eve from Covid , her brother died the day before from Covid . And her sister had Covid the same time .
They all live in different states.
Yes Covid is serious, it’s not a fake thing.
It’s unfortunately been politicized .
Where do the videos of empty hospitals come from ? Who knows.
But when doctors I know with no political agenda tell me that there is serious burnout going on after working non stop for 10 months , I believe them.
a good portion of the populace will believe whatever they are told to believe. Kind of unsettling.

Terrifying actually. It’s exactly why the Nazi regime gained such enormous power over Germany in such a short time. And of course, their propaganda was disseminated in the same way, primarily via the Party’s control of a corrupted and complicit MSM!
Sooo Stupid. Quit posting garbage.
Bodies everywhere...
I generally believe what my hospitals are saying. About 15% of total patients are covid; about one covid death a day among four hospitals; parking garage empty because visitors are mostly prohibited (eastern WA state).
When my husband had a heart attack and I arrived at the hospital ER, I didn’t sit - I was taken straight back to his bedside. So, in my opinion, an almost empty ER waiting room says nothing.
For covid cases, Intake and staging is thru the two tents he walked by outside. Suspected covid are told to call the hospital before going and are instructed to go to the tents not to walk inside. They aren’t allowed to go sit in a waiting room (not that many would be sitting anyway if they have covid bad enough to go to the ER)
I suspect this little video was taken by someone who’s never accompanied someone with acute distress to the hospital.
You’re right. Its more like terrifying.
During the day people are driving through that tent in Sibley non stop. Last month I was doing some work near by and saw the cars going through. You have to have an appointment to get tested so there is never too big a line. Probably a lot of paranoid people with sniffles get confirmed as covid and spend the next month at home on there “death bed.” I had a friend two weeks ago who had to get tested before knee surgery. Yep, he felt perfectly fine, but came back positive. He is 76 years old and I think it caused him to feel sick after the diagnosis. I asked him about his symptoms and it was fever of 99 and sniffles.
I was at Kaiser South Sacramento this morning dropping off some stuff and when I swung by the ER it had maybe six people waiting and that was it. No crowd to be seen at all.
Dummy...they’re all in the morgue.
The hospitals are not overwhelmed because of the number of patients. They are overwhelmed because of the rules that keep nurses out of the hospital for a week or more if they THINK they have been exposed to Covid.
They are empty now...
The hospitals around here in Southeast Texas are always packed with illegal aliens
All the hypochondriacs are coming out of the woodwork.
That’s the one statistic we never see. Every hospital tracks census counts obsessively. Show us a multi-year chart with daily census counts for each local hospital. I guarantee you won’t find higher counts this year. But you will find reduced staff because of the mismanagement of this disease by administrators and the medical establishment. If the charts did show an increased census, we would see them posted everywhere.
