Trump was elected by exactly those people - whites who voted twice for Obama and then voted for him - and if he had not turned his back on them he would be starting his second term in three weeks.
These paper ballots were what was counted in the mandated hand recount audit without using any piece of the Dominion voting system.
If there’s an explanation why the recount numbers were identical in many counties, I’d like to hear it.
I’m disagreeing that there was a 100% hand recount of votes for the candidates. There was no court order for a manual recount of the votes and it is prohibited by Georgia law to do one without a court order if the scanners are working. What Georgia has done has been misleading to a lot of people. Read the article I linked to, it wasn’t a Risk Limiting Audit at all.
I chose the above to respond to. To claim that counties did not hand recount would be admission to breaking the law. They hand recounted because they had no other way to count the ballots. The video you linked is 5 hours plus long. If someone in that video says they didn't hand count, why didn't observers out them at the time? I'll look at it if you find where in the video I should look.
So in response to the above, the claim of the certification numbers are easily explained. Here is the process first for discussion.
1. Hold the election and produce the results.
2. Certify the results.
3. Conduct any requested and allowed recounts.
However, in Georgia, there was something else placed between 1 and 2. That was the RLA which was the 100% hand recount. That was not part of the process but rather a check or "audit" of the voting system hardware purchased by the State of Georgia.
The RLA turned up errors in certain Counties. Those errors should have been turned up in the initial counting of votes. I believe in the cases where votes weren't counted and votes incorrectly counted, they fixed the results. Otherwise, the hand recount checked the results done with the Dominion system.
Not unexpectedly, the hand recount came up with different final totals than the machine counts. However, the differences were not very much and in every case reported as part of the audit. The result of Biden having more votes was confirmed by the audit.
In the cases where there was a difference between the machine count (step 1 of the process) and the audit (the injected audit step of the process) for a County, the SoS office said to report and certify the machine count. So yes, the hand count totals were not used in reporting the vote counts, but that made no difference in the election outcome. If you are interested I can post up the sum total of all the differences by County that the RLA turned up. But to do step 2 of the process above, the machine counts were used and not the hand counts. That is because the hand counts verified the machine counts to be very accurate. Hate to say it, but that is the truth as far as counting goes.

I disagree. The recounts have been done and the numbers are the numbers they want to turn in. When they challenge the numbers on the 6th, there will be a debate where they will have to reconcile Penn votes against the voter count. There was 202000 more votes that voters and the state approved that number to send to Congress. There are hundreds of precincts with more than 100% voter participation. One as high as 700% and many over 300% more votes than voters. We know there are dead people voting, illegals voting, some vote multiple times, some voting in the wrong states and the totals will be enough to overturn the Biden lead. We know some states acted illegally by denying poll watchers and counting votes with no one else in the room, and even video of people shoving ballots through the same machine multiple times.
All they have to do is reject the count for questionable states and Pence can only count the votes that are agreed upon. Trump will win with less than 270 votes if that happens on a couple of states. If a clear case is made for 5 states that all went for Biden, Trump will win Bigly. If Congress wants to they can kick it back to the state legislatures in question to give it to Trump because most of the state legislatures are Republican.
I fear the delay tactic Cruz is trying will just move the vote down the road and not prove anything with no time left to punt. They can vote on Jan 6th and it will be over. They have copious amounts of evidence. No need to investigate 10 more days.
The only advantage I could see in delaying 10 days would be the MSM would have to cover the evidence Trump has collected. Dems are still saying "Nothing to see here, move on." Most people don't watch OAN and NewsMax to find out what has been uncovered. Even FNC won't discuss there are discrepancies in the vote count.
IMO, they believe they can push this coup through and the people won't notice, but I believe they don't realize all the militia's are stirring up and saying this will not stand. My fear is if this doesn't turn out like it should, people will be facing civil war and never knew it could go that far. If Biden is elected and goes after the 2nd Amendment, it will come anyway. I'm not sure the average American has thought about what is happening. This isn't about losing a political race but losing our country. It must be done by the Constitution in plain sight of the people or there will be bloodshed.
Well we did something for 5 days or so, and observed by partisan observers. Anyway, any claim that it wasn't performed is ridiculous. Also, as I said, I am pretty sure that the RLA was LEGISLATED as part of buying the new system. In the legislation, it gives guidelines for the statistical sample that is to be used and that for at least ONE statewide race the RLA must be performed. Raffensperger announced that all the paper ballots would be hand counted to audit the Election system.
Regarding the article, that is mostly semantics. The guy isn't arguing whether or not the ballots were hand counted. Bottom line is the ballots were counted by hand for the Presidential race to validate the new election system. It validated the system.
Nothing prevented counties from keeping counts locally and some did. Regardless, the system for tabulating the results was ARLO and it is not a Dominion system. Something had to be used. ARLO is an approved system to use in RLA's and approved by Dept. of Homeland Security. (I think, going off memory there.)
Anyway, the level of conspiracy just grows and grows when you involve even the Sec. of State Servers busily reproducing the fraudulent counts done by machine. At some point, you have to stand up and say enough. That point was a long time ago for me, I'm done with folks saying we didn't hand count when we did and that our elected Republican officials perpetrated a giant fraud, etc. My sense can't be stretched that far based on the evidence I have been able to review. I could get there, but just to assume that the Sec. of State's office somehow perpetrated some kind of fraud in the RLA without any evidence is... EDS? Election Derangement Syndrome? Where we are willing to believe anything except that the count shows Trump lost? Anything? Oh yes, that is where a huge number of people are on this. They can't be shown anything that will change their mind. I want to see it, I'll change my mind, but there has to be some there there. Where's the beef already?
The software allows poll workers to dump ‘for adjudication’ ballots into a file, then move that file to the biden column as if the ballots were adjudicated. THAT IS SO OBVIOUS a fraud that a truthful recount woul dhave exposed it, so the SoS of eorgia rigged the recount. THAT IS SWEDITION and deserves life in prison of a noose. Counterfeit ballots were run through the counting machines after the observers were run out of the rooms. THAT IS FRAUD deserving prison terms. ALL of these fraudulent occurances shoul void the whole election and necessitate a new election using paper ballots and hand counting by the military.
That all made sense until they counted the paper ballots. That showed that there were not hundreds of votes taken from Trump and given to Biden. Math is math. If there were vote dumps, then they were ballot dumps. I agree that may have happened. But you can't just inject ballots without voters. Numbers of voters have to match up with numbers of ballots. So replacement would have to occur somewhere.

She does say there was a hand recount. I’d have to hunt around for the ones which made reference to feeding the ballots through the scanning machines to come up with their numbers for the handcount. They were clearly using a very modified definition of ‘handcount’.

Latham was asked if the hand recount matched the machine count in Coffee County, GA? She responded by saying, “The big difference came in the re-certification when we had to do the recount,” explaining “The problem was, is they could never re-duplicate what happened on election night,” adding, “and every time they ran the numbers, they got another number.” Latham told the Committee members that of the 15,000 votes, they couldn’t get the same number of votes any of the five times that they recounted them. She explained that the variance of the unmatched number of votes all five times was “around 50.”
Latham told the Committee that none of the machine counts of the votes matched the hand-count or election night results.
