These paper ballots were what was counted in the mandated hand recount audit without using any piece of the Dominion voting system.
Nothing prevented counties from keeping counts locally and some did. Regardless, the system for tabulating the results was ARLO and it is not a Dominion system. Something had to be used. ARLO is an approved system to use in RLA's and approved by Dept. of Homeland Security. (I think, going off memory there.)
Anyway, the level of conspiracy just grows and grows when you involve even the Sec. of State Servers busily reproducing the fraudulent counts done by machine. At some point, you have to stand up and say enough. That point was a long time ago for me, I'm done with folks saying we didn't hand count when we did and that our elected Republican officials perpetrated a giant fraud, etc. My sense can't be stretched that far based on the evidence I have been able to review. I could get there, but just to assume that the Sec. of State's office somehow perpetrated some kind of fraud in the RLA without any evidence is... EDS? Election Derangement Syndrome? Where we are willing to believe anything except that the count shows Trump lost? Anything? Oh yes, that is where a huge number of people are on this. They can't be shown anything that will change their mind. I want to see it, I'll change my mind, but there has to be some there there. Where's the beef already?
