Veteran talk show host Larry King has been hospitalized in Los Angeles with COVID-19.
The 87-year-old broadcasting legend has survived multiple health scares in the past, including a heart attack, a stroke, prostate and lung cancer and diabetes.
He spent his 87th birthday, in November, hospitalized with a blood-flow issue.
The former CNN powerhouse has been ill for 10 days, Roger Friedman’s Showbiz 411 reported.

Your friend should ask his doctor about proning..and if it really goes south he could ask for a Rotoprone bed even if insurance wont pay for it...if they have the staff that can handle it.
If the Doctor doesn’t believe in proning your friend should ask “Will it hurt me?” given his particular medical situation.... if not....consider doing it on his own
I have changed my mind about the markers.
I think once the clotting system activates (D-dimer) causing lung injury (LDH) the role of the virus and the benefits of antivirals are basically over.
Patients with a lot of symptoms (fever, muscle pain, etc) and low markers do fantastic with monoclonals. Literally feel normal in 6 hours.
A real-time viral load test would be great.
It was one of the better shows to air on CNN...but that’s hardly setting the bar high nor is it a complement.
The LDH marker scares me because I have a genetic quirk that leaves mine at about 70. So I have a note with my information that High LDH is going to look a little different in me because my baseline is so low.
Although, the High in High LDH may be so high that my little difference is negligible in the reality of the situation.
Watching the Drs on Texags learn as they go about this disease has been interesting

YUMMY WOMAN
A year ago I thought 90 would be a baseline for a full life for me. Now I will consider myself blessed to be allowed to live to 70.
He’s a friend of my brother in law I dont personally know him..all I know is that according to him he got the antibody treatment that Trump got, which one Im not sure and it did not help..but for his mother in law who spread the virus around at the Hanukkah party, for her it worked just fine..for the guy’s daughter who is in her 30s, they said she cant have the antibody treatment because she is too young, she recovered on her own, now her hubby has it..he was recently vaccinated, I dont know if the vaccine was working against him he should never have been vaccinated he already had the virus while getting the shot he just didnt know it
IMO the biggest part of it is the right vitamins and minerals and even basic prophelactic before it hits.
Like Being twelve and uncomfortable with why you seem to like Catwoman so much in those Batman episodes.
He sounds like my friends mother at 89........she got covid in Nov. with a host of other underlying health issues but pulled out of it.
If Larry King survives being hospitalized with Covid I am putting him on the same level as Keith Richards
and I want to know his treatment plan.
I’m shocked he is only 87 yrs old. Thought for sure he was at least mid 90’s.
Prayers up but 87 ain’t a bad lifespan for someone who has had so many other problems.
I pray those who love him are comforted by God’s loving hands and that if it is his time, he go peacefully and wakes up in the glories of Heaven.
